You might either have a bad signal, or your router might be glitching out. You can try moving closer to your router or restarting it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, the problem can be due to something like the app bugging out. Check whether you have the latest firmware running for it, and then try again. There's nothing that you can do about this, other than wait things out. To find out whether this is what you're dealing with, you can check a <a href=\"https:\/\/downdetector.com\/status\/hulu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">server status page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, if you're impatient, you can get in touch with the Hulu support team about the issue. Hopefully, they'll get back to you soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With that out of the way, I have to mention that I've touched on how to fix the issue on multiple devices below, which include smart TVs, and smartphones. It might be weak, possibly because you're far away from your router. Try moving closer to it and see whether this helps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, if you're using a smart TV, like an Apple TV, then moving closer to your router just won't be possible - you'll have to move it closer to you, then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But at the same time, the issue can be due to your router glitching out. Simply turning it on and off should take care of things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, your wireless connection might be acting up because of an issue on your internet service provider's end. One of their network towers might be down, so contact them and see whether this is the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Solution_2_Check_Your_Hulu_Subscription\"><\/span>Solution 2: Check Your Hulu Subscription<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hulu might log you out of your account if your subscription has lapsed. If this is the case, you probably were getting email notifications that your subscription couldn't be renewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Log into your email and then find the mail notifying you about your account, click it, and then renew your subscription again. You should be able to start streaming Hulu without an issue now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Solution_3_Log_into_Hulu_Website_From_a_Different_Web_Browser\"><\/span>Solution 3: Log into Hulu Website From a Different Web Browser<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you're using Hulu on a web browser instead of the app, you might keep getting logged out because of a browser issue. By far, the easiest fix would be to log into your current Hulu account from another browser. Personally, I think that you can't go wrong with Google Chrome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I'd also suggest clearing your browser's cache - it might have become corrupt. Here's what you do on Google Chrome:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Open Google Chrome.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the More Tools button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Clear Browsing Data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select All Time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the Cached Images and Files box<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uncheck any items that you don't want to delete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the Clear Data button to confirm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Here's what you do on Mozilla Firefox:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Open Mozilla Firefox.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the three-line menu icon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose Options, and then Privacy &amp; Security<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Head to the Cookies and Site Data section<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the Clear Data button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tick the Cached Web Content box<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uncheck any other items that you don't want to delete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the Clear button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Here's what you do on Opera:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Launch Opera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the Opera menu button in the top left corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on Settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Privacy &amp; Security from the left sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down to the Clear Browsing Data section<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the Choose What to Clear button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the Cached Images and Files option<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uncheck any items that you don't want to delete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap the Clear button to confirm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/cpuforever.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Streaming-Hulu-on-Black-iPhone-5-1200x800.jpg\" alt=\"Streaming Hulu on Black iPhone 5\" class=\"wp-image-7259\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpuforever.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Streaming-Hulu-on-Black-iPhone-5.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/cpuforever.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Streaming-Hulu-on-Black-iPhone-5-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cpuforever.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Streaming-Hulu-on-Black-iPhone-5-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Solution_4_Disable_Your_VPN\"><\/span>Solution 4: Disable Your VPN<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have a VPN running, the Hulu issue wouldn't be a surprise. You'd be tunneling your IP, which Hulu might see as a threat. You should temporarily disable your VPN before trying to access Hulu again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, on most mobile phones and computers (including Apple and Android devices), you just have to open the VPN, and then click on the disconnect button. There may be a loading screen that will tell you that you've disconnected from the server you're in, after this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On some TVs, like the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.safetydetectives.com\/blog\/how-to-install-a-vpn-on-a-samsung-smart-tv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Samsung<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/discussions.apple.com\/thread\/254470140\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Apple TV,<\/a> you can't really run virtual private networks (unless it's on your router), so this fix might not be for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Solution_5_Clear_Cached_Data_Delete_Cache\"><\/span>Solution 5: Clear Cached Data\/ Delete Cache<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A lot of the time, Hulu logs you out if its cache and cookies become corrupt. Essentially, this means that something has gone wrong with your temporary data. You don't have to worry about doing too much to fix this, as you only have to clear your app cache.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here's how you do this on iPhones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Open the Settings app<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down until you find the Hulu application, and then click it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down until you find the Clear Temp Data button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the Clear Temp Data button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Here's how you do this on Android devices:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Open the Settings app<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap on Apps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search for the Hulu application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap Storage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Clear Cache<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check whether the Hulu logging-in issue is still around<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can't clear an individual app's cache on Windows, and the process to clear your system cache manually is a bit of work. But if you are interested, you can check out this article on how to do this in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alphr.com\/how-to-clear-the-cache-in-windows-10\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Windows 10<\/a> and this one for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xda-developers.com\/how-clear-cache-windows-11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Windows 11<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead, I'd recommend that you use a third-party tool like Ccleaner. Here's how you use it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Download and install the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccleaner.com\/ccleaner\/download\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Ccleaner tool<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Launch it after it's been installed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the Scan button next to Clean Clutter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait for the tool to work its magic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Here's what you do on Macs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Open the Mac Finder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to Folder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type in ~\/Library\/Caches\/ into the window<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Go<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find the Hulu folder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drag its cache files into the Trash bin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear the bin afterward<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Here's what you do on Samsung TVs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Go to your Samsung TV settings menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Apps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find the Hulu application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the Clear Cache button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bingegauge.com\/clear-apple-tv-cache\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">can't clear an app's cache<\/a> on an Apple TV unless you delete the app. I've touched on how to do this in the latter part of my article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Solution_6_Update_Hulu_Application_Outdated_Version_of_Hulu\"><\/span>Solution 6: Update Hulu Application (Outdated Version of Hulu)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The issue can also be due to the Hulu app being outdated. You should be able to take care of things by updating the app - you'll download all the latest software patches that'll fix Hulu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On smartphones and computers, you just have to go to your respective app store, search for Hulu, and then click on the update button. Depending on your internet bandwidth, the download can take a while, though.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/cpuforever.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Turned-on-Laptop-on-the-Table-Streaming-Hulu-1200x800.jpg\" alt=\"Turned on Laptop on the Table Streaming Hulu\" class=\"wp-image-7260\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpuforever.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Turned-on-Laptop-on-the-Table-Streaming-Hulu.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/cpuforever.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Turned-on-Laptop-on-the-Table-Streaming-Hulu-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cpuforever.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Turned-on-Laptop-on-the-Table-Streaming-Hulu-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>With that out of the way, here's how you can update and access Hulu on a Samsung Smart TV:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Turn your Samsung Smart TV on<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure it's connected to the internet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use your remote control to press the Smart Hub button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once in the Smart Hub interface, navigate to the Apps section<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locate the Hulu app<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press and hold the Enter\/Ok button for a few seconds once you've found Hulu: this should open a menu with a few different options to choose<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Update from the Options menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait for your Samsung TV to find and download any available app updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign into your Hulu account afterward and check whether the Hulu keeps logging out issue is still there<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Here's what you do on an Apple TV device:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Open your Apple TV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to the home screen by clicking on the TV button on your Apple TV remote<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the Apple Store icon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the Purchased tab on the top of the screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Look for the Hulu app, and then select it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You should see an Update button next to the Hulu app if there is new firmware available<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on it to start the update process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait for the update to complete, and then check whether the Hulu signing-out issue is gone or not<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Solution_7_Uninstall_and_Reinstall_the_App\"><\/span>Solution 7: Uninstall and Reinstall the App<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Last but not least, the issue can be due to some kind of major software problem.
