Your cart may just be empty, and you're trying to order food anyway. Add food to it, and then proceed with the ordering process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Solution_2_Get_a_Stable_Internet_Connection\"><\/span>Solution 2: Get a Stable Internet Connection<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Checking your internet connection is one of the easiest fixes. There's a chance that it's unstable - you could be far away from your router, or just in a spot with bad signal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Try moving closer to your router, and connect to another WiFi network. I've run through what to do both on iOS and Android below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here's what iOS users can do:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Open the Apple app store<\/li><li>Click on your profile icon on the top of the screen<\/li><li>Scroll down to see all pending updates<\/li><li>Download any new updates for Doordash<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Here's what you can do on an Android device:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Open the Google Play Store<\/li><li>Click on your profile icon<\/li><li>Tap the Manage Apps &amp; Device button<\/li><li>See if Doordash app is on the list, and click on the Update button next to it<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Solution_5_Delete_Cache_Memory\"><\/span>Solution 5: Delete Cache Memory<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, you may be having issues with DoorDash's temporary memory - it might have become corrupt. Although this may sound serious, clearing its cache memory will help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The process to follow will differ depending on your device's OS.
